⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I walked into this store and the service from Raj was amazing. She is so friendly, professional and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy.

I purchased a mattress and, even though it was excellent quality, I found it a bit too firm for me so i went back and Raj showed me all the other options again and helped me choose the right one. I can honestly say I now have the best mattress ever, and I've been sleeping so well ever since.

Since then, I've also bought another four single bed bases and mattresses, and once again everything was perfect. The delivery was fantastic, everything arrived exactly as expected, and the whole process was so easy.

I honestly can't recommend this store enough. Great quality products, outstanding customer service, and Raj made the whole experience completely stress-free. Thank you!

We are extremely happy with our bed purchase and the outstanding customer service we received throughout the entire process.

From the moment we placed the order, the company was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Delivery was smooth, communication was excellent, and every question we had was answered promptly and respectfully.

Most importantly, the quality of the bed exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable, well-made, and has greatly helped support better spine and back comfort during sleep. We have noticed a real difference in overall sleeping comfort and waking up feeling more rested.

It is rare these days to find a company that combines excellent product quality with truly caring customer service. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bed and a stress-free buying experience.

Definitely a 5 out of 5 star experience for us. Thank you again for such a wonderful product and service!

Walked into the shop at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. Had a bed delivered to Wickham before 3:30pm the same day. Awesome service!

Bought a king mattress from Mattress Hub in December and never had a bad sleep since! Raj was a superstar and answered all of our many questions. She helped us find a mattress that suited our needs and our budget. Thanks also to Dee for delivering and helping to carry the huge mattress to the 2nd floor. Would recommend this family business over any competitor in town. Can’t go wrong with excellent customer service and great value for money. Raj & Dee have definitely gained a lifetime customer.
